To rent a car from Reyes Car Rental, you need the following:
All renters must be at least 21 years or older
No major moving violations, Dui’s or similar infractions
A valid Driver’s License with a photo
Photocopies of driver’s license are not accepted
Learner’s permits are not accepted
Any license which, on its face, restricts the licensee to the use and operation of a vehicle equipped with a form of a breathalyzer apparatus is not accepted
International license may qualify depending on verification
Full Insurance coverage that will extend to rentals, if you do not have one depending on the vehicle you could get coverage with for the duration of the rental period.
All vehicles will be provided to you with a full tank. You are Required to return the vehicle with a full tank or chose the option to pre-pay for fuel at $75. If the vehicle is returned with anything less than a full tank, you will be charged on additional $75
No, you will lose your deposit if you smoke in the vehicle. NO EXCEPTIONS

If you have already picked up your vehicle and wish to keep it longer, you must call our office to make arrangements
If you have not picked up your vehicle:
If you have not picked up you vehicle you can simply return to your reservation and cancel.
Will I be charged if I cancel my reservation?
If you cancel your booking more than 1 day (24 hours) before your specified pick-up time, you will received a full refund minus a cancellation fee of USD $50
If you cancel your booking less than 1 day (24 hours) before your specified pick-up time, you will receive a full refund minus a cancellation fee of USD $100
Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle
Any property damage done to the vehicle including an accident
No pets allowed in the vehicles
Your security deposit will be forfeited if any of the above occur.
You will need to contact our office immediately. The phone number can be found on the contract.When extending a rental an additional authorization on your credit or debit card will need to be placed as the authorization is only good till the end of the rental period.
The standard deposit is $250-500 if you have eligible insurance and between $1000 to $2000 if you do not have insurance. Exotic cars will be between$ 1500-$4000 depending on vehicle.
Reservations are valid for 24 hours from the scheduled time of pick-up for delayed flights and charges will not begin until the time of pick-up.
Our office will provide reasonable accommodation to accommodate delayed customers, including contactless pickup if outside of normal business hours.
When booking your reservation on-line or via phone, include your airline and flight information. Providing us with your flight information allows us to serve you better.
Yes, to rent a vehicle from Reyes Car Rental you will need to have your own full coverage insurance with property damage limits minimum of 75k. if you do not currently have insurance or the property damage limits minimum is lower, please contact us for further information on how to obtain a policy that will cover your rental car.
